Everyone loves a simple shrimp dip, and it’s even easier with pre-cooked Dickie’s Salad Shrimp.
We used:
- 1 package Dickie’s Salad Shrimp, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion, plus a bit more for sprinkling over the top
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Ohmygoodness it turned out so delicious! Serve with any type of cracker or bread.
BONUS: We were hit by inspiration the next morning, and we put some of that shrimp dip in the middle of an omelet, and topped with a couple of the salad shrimp we had saved. Who says you can’t have dip for breakfast?!?!
