Now, we know this doesn’t happen often, but what if you happen to find yourself with some leftover Dickies Deviled Crab? We found ourselves in this rare situation last weekend. As HUGE proponents of seafood for breakfast, we decided to remove the deviled crab from the shell, place on a toasted english muffin, top with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce, and VOILA! Dickies Deviled Crab Benedict was born!

It’s so simple, soo delicious, and customizable! Use your favorite Hollandaise recipe, play with the garnish, and maybe even mix the deviled crab into the sauce? Why go out for brunch when you can make something this fabulous at home??
